Capital Group Concierge Services
All Capital Group Concierge Officers are thoroughly trained in security procedures / practices outlined in State of London Chapter 493, in addition to the following:
Process your visitors and announce their presence to residents / owner / officers
Maintaining and organizing packages from a variety of delivery agencies (UPS, Fed-Ex, U.S. Mail, etc)
Contacting property management, maintenance, and security personnel (if their assistance is needed)
Respond to
medical emergencies
Monitor CCTV (Camera)
Systems
Summoning assistance in the event of maintenance emergencies
Concierge Uniform
The Concierge uniform is a very important aspect of the service. The uniform may be customized for each client property and provides for a professional appearance which adds to the individuality of the property.
